Ngày 30/8/2023, tại trụ sở của DTS Group đã diễn ra lễ ký kết hợp tác đầu tư giữa Dizim – công ty tiên phong ứng dụng công nghệ AI sản xuất video với trợ lý ảo và DTS Group – tổ hợp chuyển đổi số hàng đầu với sứ mệnh gia tăng năng lực số quốc gia. Đây là một sự kiện quan trọng, mở ra những cơ hội và triển vọng mới cho cả hai bên cũng như cho cộng đồng.
DTS Group là tổ hợp chuyển đổi số hàng đầu với sứ mệnh gia tăng năng lực số quốc gia. Đây là liên minh các công ty công nghệ, truyền thông, cùng chung sứ mệnh hỗ trợ SMEs chuyển đổi số. Đặc biệt, trong lễ ký kết hợp tác đầu tư lần này, DTS cũng đã ký kết đầu tư gói truyền thông cho Dizim với trị giá $30,000 dựa trên định giá hiện tại của Dizim là $4,000,000.
Và hai bên sẽ hợp tác trong các lĩnh vực sau:
- Triển khai và áp dụng các giải pháp AI của Dizim vào hệ sinh thái của DTS Group.
- Chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, kiến thức và nguồn lực về công nghệ AI.
- Phối hợp tổ chức các hoạt động truyền thông, quảng bá và phát triển cộng đồng công nghệ AI, nhằm nâng cao nhận thức và khả năng ứng dụng của doanh nghiệp và người dùng.
Hợp tác chiến lược giữa Dizim và DTS Group hứa hẹn sẽ mang lại nhiều giá trị cho cả hai bên, cũng như cho cộng đồng. Đây là một bước tiến quan trọng trong việc phát triển và ứng dụng công nghệ AI tại Việt Nam, góp phần thúc đẩy sự chuyển đổi số và gia tăng năng lực số quốc gia.
